Design With is a free, interactive guide to collaborative design for social change. This learning tool was developed, collaboratively, as part of a Co-Design Fellowship with the social impact design studio, Reboot.

Design With features multimedia resources (tools, exercises, and podcasts) to support engagement with the learning material.
Challenge
Public sector employees, leading co-design processes for the first time, often lack the experience and information to organize and lead these processes effectively.
Approach
I collaborated with the research and design team at Reboot to produce and curate tools for public sector employees.
This included conducting ethnographic interviews, coding and synthesis to inform the form, function, and pedagogy of the digital learning platform.
It also included designing wireframes, and prototypes to support the development of the UX, UI, and strategic content—including written modules, podcasts, and exercises—for the platform.
Outcome
Design With is Reboot’s first-ever learning tool. It is a free, self-scheduled, interactive guide to collaborative design for social change.
The research and synthesis also served as an important foundation for Driving Transformative Collaboration: A Reboot Masterclass Series. This series was a direct response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the need to rapidly respond in new, collaborative ways.
